1. Brand Protection & Intellectual Property
TIPETTA® is a registered trademark in the United Kingdom. All content on this website, including our brand name, jewelry designs, button designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of TIPETTA®. You may not copy, reproduce, replicate, or exploit any of our products, designs, or content without our express written permission.
2. Handcrafted Nature & Product Variations
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, because we use unique materials like handmade Murano glass, minor variations in colour, pattern, and shape are a natural part of these pieces and are not considered defects. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colours with perfect accuracy.
3. Sizing, Alterations & Garment Care
- Adjustable Rings: Our rings are made of genuine sterling silver and can be adjusted for fit. However, repeated bending causes metal fatigue and potential breakage. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any ring that has been adjusted or resized.
- Glass Buttons: Our glass buttons are delicate items. Placing garments with these buttons in a washing machine or tumble dryer is done entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for damage to your garments, the buttons, or your washing machine.
4. Safety & Liability Disclaimer
- Our products (including jewellery and glass buttons) are designed for adult fashion use. They contain small parts and glass components, which present a potential choking hazard and are not suitable for children.
- Broken Glass & Injury: Glass is an inherently fragile material. If a glass button or piece of glass jewellery is dropped, crushed, subjected to impact, or washed in a machine, it may break or shatter. TIPETTA® is not liable for any physical injury, cuts, or damages caused by broken, chipped, or shattered glass resulting from wear, accidental damage, or product misuse.
- General Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, TIPETTA®'s total liability to you for any claim, loss, or damage arising from your purchase shall be strictly limited to the exact price you paid for the product.
5. Orders, Pricing & Cancellations
- We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, or availability, and to cancel orders if any information is incorrect, even after you have submitted your order.
6. Shipping & Custom Duties
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels due to address errors.
- Customs & Import Taxes: International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their destination country. If a package is rejected and returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping costs from your refund.
