SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
We offer tracked UK shipping starting at £4 (free over £150) and international shipping starting at £20 (free over £200). Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. For full details on transit times and express options, please visit our dedicated page.
Do you ship to Europe and Northern Ireland?
Standard checkout to the EU and Northern Ireland is currently paused due to European safety regulations. However, we love our European community! If you have your heart set on a piece, please email info@tipetta.studio and we'll do our absolute best to arrange a manual order for you.
What if I need my order urgently?
If you need your order in a rush, please send us a message, and will try to dispatch your parcel on the same or next day.
Will I have to pay customs fees on international orders?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your package may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are calculated by your country's customs office and are not included in your checkout total. You can read more about this in our shipping policy page.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love your TIPETTA® pieces. We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and rings that have been resized/adjusted are not eligible for return. Please read the full return policy page for all information.
CARE & MATERIALS
How do I keep my jewellery looking beautiful?
To prevent tarnishing, keep your jewellery dry, apply perfumes and lotions before putting your jewellery on, and store your pieces in a cool, dark place. For a clever trick, keep your sterling silver in a small, airtight zip-lock bag! Read our complete care guide for your pieces.
How do I wash clothing featuring your glass buttons?
The Murano glass buttons are beautiful but delicate. Standard washing machines and tumble dryers can easily crack or break them. We highly recommend snipping the buttons off before washing and stitching them back on afterward, or hand-washing the garment gently. You can read our full button care tips here.
What is so special about Murano glass?
The glass we use is genuine Murano glass, handmade in Italy. Unlike mass produced materials, Murano glass has a magical quality: its vibrant colours won’t fade or change over time. If cared for, the glass in your jewellery will look just as stunning decades from now as it does today! Just remember that glass is fragile, so please handle it with care to avoid drops or hard impacts.
