Delivery Rates & Options

United Kingdom

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Standard delivery (Second class tracked) - £4.00
    (Typically arrives in 2–3 working days)
  • Fast delivery (First class signed for) - £6.50 
    (Typically arrives in 1–2 working days)
  • Orders over £150 - Free
    Fast delivery (First class signed for)

Rest of the World (Excluding Europe)

  • Standard delivery (no tracking) - £20.00
    (Typically arrives in 5–10 working days)
  • Fast delivery (with tracking) - £25.00
    (Typically arrives in 5–8 working days)
  • Orders over £200 - Free
    (Fast delivery tracked)

A Note for our European & Northern Ireland Customers 

Due to strict new EU product safety regulations (GPSR), standard checkout to Europe and Northern Ireland is currently paused while we set up a formal EU representative.

However, we don’t want you to miss out!
If you are based in the EU or NI and have your heart set on something, please get in touch with us directly. We will see what can be done to arrange a manual order for you!

Dispatch & Urgent Orders

All orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

Need your delivery in a hurry?
Send us a message, and we'll do our absolute best to dispatch it the very same day.

Custom Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that you may be charged import customs duties and taxes by your local customs office.

  • These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in your TIPETTA® checkout total.
  • Please check your local customs guidelines before purchasing, as we cannot be held responsible for these fees.
  • If a delivery is rejected or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Accuracy of Delivery 

Please take an extra moment to double-check your delivery address at checkout. This avoids parcels being lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to errors.

Please note that in rare occasions delays may occur that are beyond our control.

TIPETTA® cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors once the order has been dispatched. If you have any concern in merit please get in touch.
